Kensington Distillers & Vintners (KDV Group) is an alcoholic beverage manufacturing and distribution business founded in 2014. KDV Group primarily focuses on the production, distribution and sale of spirits and wines, which includes a portfolio of proprietary and agency brands across various categories with operations in South Africa, , Nigeria and Kenya. Tana Africa Capital is a key shareholder to KDV Group following its acquisition of an equity stake in the business in support of its expansion.

With KDV Group looking to fund their next phase of growth, they approached RMB as a banking partner to support them with additional funding and innovative structuring that would enable them to expand their capabilities across their presence countries and expand their platform into new growth areas.
